We offer delivery services across Egypt. Whether you’re located in Cairo or any other governorate, we are committed to bringing your custom-tailored garments or ready-made items directly to your door.

Delivery Timeframe

Custom Tailored Products: As each item is crafted to your specific measurements and preferences, delivery times for custom-made pieces typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. We will provide an estimated delivery date during your initial fitting and keep you updated throughout the process. Ready-Made Products: For ready-made items purchased from our ateliers, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.

Delivery Fees

Cairo & New Cairo: X for orders within Cairo and New Cairo for both custom-tailored and ready-made items.Other Governorates: For clients outside Cairo, a delivery fee will be applied based on your location. The fee will be confirmed when you place your order.

Home Service Fittings

Our home service fittings include delivery of your custom-tailored garments. After the final fitting, your item will be delivered to your home by our representative, standard delivery fees apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (for ready-made products). For custom-tailored items, our customer service team will provide updates and coordinate the delivery timing directly with you.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery team will attempt to contact you to reschedule a suitable time. If a delivery is missed, please contact our customer service team to arrange a new delivery date.

International Shipping

At this time, Navy only offers shipping within Egypt. We are actively working on expanding our services to international locations in the future.

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as high order volumes, holiday periods, or external factors like weather conditions. If your order is delayed, our team will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
