1. Custom Tailored Products
As all our products are made-to-measure, tailored specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items. We highly encourage our clients to work closely with our representatives during fittings to ensure the perfect fit and design.
2. Alteration Services
If there are any issues with the fit or design of your custom piece after receiving it, the Navy offers a complimentary alteration service within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to schedule an appointment with one of our expert technicians.
3. Quality Assurance
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event of a defect in the material or workmanship, we will offer repairs or alterations free of charge. Please notify us of any concerns within 7 days of receiving your item.
4. Home Service Fittings
To minimize the risk of dissatisfaction, our home service fittings are conducted by highly trained professionals. We encourage clients to communicate concerns or preferences during the fittings to ensure a seamless experience.
5. Ready-Made Products
For any ready-made products purchased from our ateliers, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
